Málaga
Our starting and ending point, a pleasant city for a few days to un-jetlag. Unfortunately Marilyn fell here, hurting her back quite badly, which completely changed the plans for the cycling portion of our trip. |

Alhama de Granada
Small and perched on an amzing gorge. Originally the starting point for cycling, but then the starting point for a series of pretty towns in Andalucía. |

Montefrío
Translates as Cold Mountain and well named. There were photos around of it covered in snow, and it wasn't THAT bad, but cold enough for people who arrived with summer wardrobes. |

Fería in Granada
When we arrived in Granada, we started seeing horsemen on the streets, all dressed up; them women in costume, and children and more. Turns out we hit a local Fería, or saint's celebration! Our good fortune. |

Granada
With the snow-capped Sierra Nevada in the background and the Alhambra dominating the skyline, Granada is spectacular. The Alhambra will have its own series of photos. This one just focuses on the rest of the city. |
